“Chance favors
the prepared
mind”- We at
NICE follow this
philosophy
religiously in
readying are
students for
their
appointments. By
means of various
sessions like-
brainstorming,
TAT, Think Tank,
Projective
Analysis et al
we work towards
accomplishing
higher order
results.
Because NICE
places such
emphasis on the
importance of
taking a
placement we
have invested
heavily in our
placement
provision. Our
Training &
Placement Cell
coaches,
counsels and
trains all the
candidates as
per the market
competitiveness.
They also advise
and support you
throughout your
preparation for
placement,
continuing their
individual
support through
email and
telephone
contact, as well
as personal
visits
throughout the
duration of the
placement, and
aim to visit
every student at
least once, with
many receiving
many visits.
During the
preparation for
your placement,
you are
supported by a
series of
academic and
skills-based
workshops
specifically
designed to
prepare you for
the world of
work. The
placement
tutor's role
during this time
is to offer
advice and
assistance to
you during the
search for
suitable
placements,
arranging for
employers to
recruit
students, on
campus,
throughout the
year. The
placement tutor
also offers
assistance on a
range of
subjects
including job
applications,
resume makeover,
travel
arrangements and
so on.
We at NICE
believe that
just being a
pragmatist is
not enough, one
must understand
foundational
topics at the
conceptual level
and be able to
make the
practical
implementations
of these. Apart
from the sound
technical skills
which the
students are
imparted with,
he/she is made
to face diverse
situations which
incorporates in
them valuable
attributes like
team building,
leadership, etc.
along with these
they are made to
practice
entrepreneurial
and managerial
skills at
grass-root
level.
NICE extends its
sincere thanks
to all
recruiters for
supporting in
our Placement
Program and we
extend
invitation to
all companies to
make PPT (Pre
Placement Talk)
to discuss the
job profile with
our final year
students in the
coming placement
season starting
